Your reviews are your best sales asset. They're scattered across four websites you don't own.
SherpaProof pulls them into one place — Airbnb, Google, VRBO, and reviews you collect yourself — then tells you which properties are slipping, what guests keep repeating, and what still needs an answer, with a draft written for each one.
Then it puts them back on your own site: a Guest Book guests actually read, in your brand, unedited.
A guest choosing between your listing and the one next door is reading reviews, not your description — often one you never answered, on a platform you rarely open. Reputation isn't a vanity metric here; it's the conversion rate on every listing you own.
Watch it work
Six minutes, on a real portfolio's reviews.
The Guest Book on a live booking site, the dashboard behind it, a reply drafted against a rough review, and the fix list that turns complaints into work orders.
What's inside
Collect, understand, answer, display.
Every channel, one shelf
Your reviews stop living on other companies' websites.
Every channel lands in one place, attributed to the right property and refreshed daily — not when someone remembers to check. Our own portfolio runs 8,200+ reviews through it, including listings that no longer exist.
- Airbnb reviews synced daily, per listing, with full history backfilled
- Google via your Business Profile; VRBO ratings per listing
- First-party reviews you collect with post-stay invites
- One channel-agnostic record — same shape whatever the source
Insight, not a star average
Which property is slipping, and what guests actually say about it.
A rating average tells you nothing you can act on. SherpaProof tracks each property's trajectory and pulls recurring themes out of the text — so "cleanliness is drifting at the beach unit" is something you know in week two, not after four bad months.
- Rating movers — properties trending down before the average notices
- Theme trends from review text, not keyword counting
- Category subratings tracked per listing
- Reviews joined to your revenue data, so quality ties to performance
The reply queue
Nothing unanswered, and a draft waiting for each one.
Unanswered reviews are the ones guests read. SherpaProof queues what still needs a response, ranked by how recent and how damaging, and drafts each reply against what the guest actually wrote. You edit and post; you don't stare at a blank box.
- Needs-response queue across every channel
- AI-drafted reply per review, grounded in what the guest actually wrote
- Response-rate and response-time metrics per property
- Owner replies pulled back in where the channel exposes them
The Guest Book
A review widget guests actually read.
Two lines of code put your reviews on your own site — a launcher that opens into a Guest Book: lined paper, signatures, and a postmark showing the month and channel each review came from. Themed to your brand, isolated from your CSS, and it doesn't slow your pages down.
- Launcher medallion with your live score, opening to the full Guest Book
- Per-property or whole-portfolio, from the same snippet
- Your colors, your logo, your title — changed without touching your site
- Channel-labeled and unedited — provenance is the point
The part nobody else says out loud
We won't fake your stars into Google.
Every review widget on the market implies you'll get star ratings in search results. Google's own guidelines say review markup has to come from reviews the site collected itself — marking up scraped Airbnb or Google reviews is a self-serving-reviews violation, and it gets ignored at best, penalized at worst.
So SherpaProof does the boring, correct thing: display everything, mark up only what's yours. The path to real stars in search is first-party reviews, which is exactly why post-stay invite collection is built in rather than sold as an upsell.
Reviews become work orders
The complaints, grouped by property, in the guest's own words.
Every concrete problem guests mention — pulled out of the text, grouped by property and theme, counted, and dated. It's the list you wish someone had handed you before the owner asked.

Common questions
Objections we hear a lot.
Does this get me review stars in Google search results?
Only from reviews you collect yourself — and that's deliberate. Google's guidelines forbid marking up reviews you gathered from other platforms, and doing it anyway gets the markup ignored or the site penalized. So SherpaProof displays every channel, but only emits structured data for your own first-party reviews, which is the compliant path to stars. Anyone promising you rich results off scraped Airbnb reviews is selling you a penalty.
How is this different from Revyoos?
Honestly: Revyoos is a mature product that does several things we don't. They cover Booking.com and Expedia (we don't yet), integrate with Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully and Boostly, run in six languages, and offer more widget formats. If breadth of channels or a PMS-native install is what you need, they're the better tool and we'll say so. What we do differently is depth on the operator side. Reviews sit inside the same system as your bookings and revenue, so quality is measurable against performance and can weave into owner statements. Complaints become a grouped fix list per property rather than a sentiment chart. And we mark up only first-party reviews for search — the compliant path — rather than promising rich results from aggregated ones.
What does Google actually show today?
Your Business Profile's rating, review count, and a sample of reviews — live as soon as you connect. Full review history with your owner replies arrives as Google grants deeper API access; the connection is one click either way, and nothing on your site changes when it upgrades.
Do you edit or filter reviews?
No. You can set a minimum rating for what the widget displays — most operators don't — but nothing is rewritten, reordered by flattery, or quietly dropped. The footer says "independently aggregated · unedited" because that claim is the product.
What does it cost?
Tiered by portfolio size: $29/mo up to 10 listings, $59 to 25, $99 to 50, $149 to 100. Over 100, we'll size it with you — that's a real conversation, not a hidden number. Founding-cohort members get SherpaProof as part of the suite, with no separate line item.
